Niblett had a rough start in life, or at least we thought so. She was the smallest of quads and looked more like a kitten than a Kid. We made sure she got colostrum and everything she needed to thrive. However, our goats have to be tough and after a week in the stall, she was put in the pasture with Mom and siblings. The other Kids grew, played, ate well and thrived. Niblett was NEVER with the herd. She would actually go across water, to the back side of the pond and eat grass under the pine trees. She would wander in at night and go back out early in the morning. Honestly, she looked like a pot belly pig. I just decided if she had that strong a will to live, I was going to let her be and periodically bring her up, check her out and give her anything I thought would help her journey. Fast foward to her now and she has blossomed into a gorgeous swan. We went from kitten, to pig to swan! LOL! While she is not the tallest goat on the farm, she gives new meaning to tank! With her magical pedigree of BabyFace and Dozer, and her tenacity to live, we can't wait for her Kids to arrive!

PHOTOS COMING SOON!
